We use a quality grade paintball with a more fragile shell, this
means the paint bursts easier with less pain. Its amazing how many

Girls Play Paintball? |

Of course they can.. We have noticed over this past year that
more and more girls and now playing paintball. This maybe because it
doe'snt hurt as much as it use to. |

many paintballs will I need? |

This is the most popular question we get asked, we find if a
player plays from 10 till 2pm or 12 till 4pm you will tend to shoot
500 paintballs. This is why we do the £30 Paintball deal. |

many players do you need? |
Answer!
The minimum amount of players we take is now 6 players, the
maximum is now 50 players. If you have less than 6 players you will
need to join in with another group. Night Games is a minimum of 10 or
at managements descression. |

do i need to bring eg. Clothing etc..? |

We provide you with a camoflage overall/coverall this are varied
sizes from XS to XL, you are also provided with a snood/balaclava a
pair of gloves a mask and goggles. |

Paintball.. |
In
16 short years, the sport of paintball has become recognised as one
of the world's most exciting outdoor participation sports. It is
played in over 40 countries by millions of men and women of all ages
and lifestyles. It involves both the physical exertion of moving over
various terrain and the mental activity of developing strategies. For
those of you who don't know the sport, the object is for a bunch of
adults (loosely defined) to capture the opposing team's flag and
bring it back to your team's home base. You must also try to
eliminate opposing players by tagging them with a gelatine capsule
filled with water-soluble coloured vegetable oil from a special air
gun called a "Paintball Marker".

Xtreme Sports part of Propaintball.co.uk is situated at Rockcliffe,
Carlisle near Junction 44 on the M6 motorway. You can play on a
Sup'Air field or a Woodland fields, the choice is entirely up to your
team and friends. We can accommodate parties, individuals, corporate
events, practice, training and tournaments. |
